Workflow Analysis
We will observe and evaluate the process and progress of work within the client’s company. A repetition and reevaluation of tasks along with any new resources will be taken into consideration.
Process Re-Engineering
We look to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes within a company. During this part of the project there is a focus on cost, quality, service, and speed.
Lean Six Sigma
After completing an assessment and a strategic plan for the client, we implement a “Lean Six Sigma” for several weeks over the course of a project. Over this time we will:
- Identify process steps that can be improved
- Identify labor hours, times and defect rates for the processes
- Identify potential for improvement for each process
- Confer with the management team
- Attempt to increase the quality of work while shortening cycle times
Service Level Agreements
As part of the Business Process Management plan, we use service level agreements to clearly define our services and responsibilities. In these agreements, a definition of services, performance measurement, problem management, and customer duties will all be addressed.
Audits/Reporting
ISO AuditsThese audits review the way a process works and then in turn, compares it to the set industry standard.
Workflow AuditsThese audits review the way a process works, but are not evaluated by any set industry criteria. They allow an opportunity for improvement in the areas of safety, efficiency, communication, and resource utilization.

Compliance requirements bring additional pressure to remain competitive and demonstrate return on investment. Therefore, we have developed actionable strategies and paired them with recommendations for best-of-breed execution. For our clients, our team will:
