Project management
We select a senior consultant to serve as the overall project manager for each project. This person is then responsible for:
- Establishing and communicating training expectations
- Maintaining focus throughout the length of the engagement
- Establishing accountability
The project manager will also be gathering critical information about the work environment.
PMO (Program Management Office)
The PMO maintains the standards of process in relation to project management. They work to monitor and track the progress of projects, ensuring a consistent focus and timely delivery within the project lifecycle.
