Synopsis of Quality Assurance Plan (QAP)


Kairos Worldwide utilizes a systematic, engineering methodology to define and standardize all process controls, project management details, and overall program execution.  To maintain a quality level of service for our clients, all tasks and responsibilities are clearly defined throughout the project.  Our clients can expect on-time deliverables that fall within projected budget range.  As the prime contractor, Kairos Worldwide ensures that all participants, including any subcontractors, act in accordance with appropriate standards and guidelines.

Our QAP includes:

  • A comprehensive Project Management plan is tailored to each client engagement
  • A detailed data-driven "dashboard" that shows a real-time project status
  • Appropriate training related activities for all personnel
  • Work flow process diagrams and descriptions for primary activities and functions
  • Communication with the client (in particular, as it relates to project deliverables)
  • Continuous project analysis to ensure that the quality level is on target
  • Proactive measures in identifying any gaps or potential quality control deficiencies
