Workflow Analysis
We will observe and evaluate the process and progress of work within the client’s company. A reevaluation of tasks, along with any new resources, will be taken into consideration.
Process Re-Engineering
We look to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes within a company. During this part of the project there is a focus on cost, quality, service, and speed.
Lean Six Sigma
After completing an assessment and a strategic plan for the client, we implement a “Lean Six Sigma” for several weeks over the course of a project. Over this time we will:
- Identify process steps that can be improved
- Identify labor hours, times and defect rates for the processes
- Identify potential for improvement for each process
- Confer with the management team
- Attempt to increase the quality of work while shortening cycle times
